The editable Canva template contains six Spreadsheet plans, six Canva plans and six Notion plans. Each page includes four timed scenes and fields for your product, owned sample data and tested app/account. The storyboard PDF is a reading preview, not an editable offline substitute.
A worked example: a 30-second walkthrough and 90-second setup demo
The four-page example supplies completed scripts for a fictional spreadsheet calculator. The short plan changes quantity from two to three at a unit price of fifteen and shows the expected line total changing from thirty to forty-five. The longer script covers the delivered files, required account, working copy, one input/result and the support route.
These are completed recording scripts. Adapt them to your own product and record the actual task in the app your buyers use. No finished video is supplied.

Tools, accounts and limits
A Canva account and internet are needed to copy and edit the storyboards. Compatible DOCX and PDF software lets you use the guides. The recording method can use a free tool such as OBS Studio; a paid video editor is not required by the method. Google Sheets or Notion accounts are needed only when recording those actual products. No Notion template or hosted Google Sheet is supplied.
Canva Access.pdf includes the customer template link and instructions for creating your own copy. The link opens the eighteen-page template preview. Sign into your intended Canva account to copy and edit it; account-specific copying and export have not been independently tested.
This kit does not create footage, record your screen automatically, provide editing services or guarantee conversion improvements. Record only content and sample data you have rights to use. Canva, Notion, Google and OBS are third-party tools and do not endorse this kit.

Can I edit the templates using free tools?
The storyboards use original text and layout elements. A Canva account and internet are required. Open the supplied template preview to check access in your account. Any paid feature you choose during your own edits follows Canva’s current plan requirements. The guide is an editable DOCX with PDF reading and print editions. You also need a suitable screen recorder for your own footage.
How do I start with a digital product demo video storyboard?
Choose one actual product and one buyer task. Read the completed scripts, copy a relevant storyboard, then adapt the screen actions, captions and narration. Prepare owned sample data, record your actual product and review the exported result with audio on and off.
Does the ZIP contain editable files, template access or finished videos?
The ten-file package uses Canva template-copy access for the eighteen editable storyboards and includes the editable DOCX guide plus PDF references. No generated footage, finished demonstration videos, Notion template or hosted Google Sheet is included. The examples are completed recording scripts.
Can I use my completed videos commercially?
One purchaser may adapt the plans and create videos for their own business, including commercial sharing of those finished videos. Contractors may work on that business copy under the licence. Source templates, template links and editable toolkit files cannot be resold, publicly redistributed or delivered for other businesses.
What support and updates are included?
