1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within same day to 2 working days.

Personalized products: Dispatched within 1–3 working days after design approval.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, it usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
2. Physical Products – Returns & Replacements
We offer replacements in the following cases:

A wrong product has been dispatched.

A manufacturing defect or printing error is found.

The product is damaged or broken during delivery.
Note:

Personalized items are not returnable or refundable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear images and your Order ID by emailing waohhartz@gmail.com.
Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup of the damaged or incorrect product at no extra cost and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.
3. Digital Products – Return & Revision Policy
Since our digital products (like downloadable artworks, portraits, eBooks, or printable files) are delivered instantly, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you’re not satisfied with your personalized digital order, simply email us at waohhartz@gmail.com with your details and what changes you’d like (for example — color adjustments, adding a name, editing text, etc.).
✅ Our design team will review your feedback, make revisions, and resend the updated artwork, eBook, or digital file to you within 4–24 working hours — at no additional cost.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them by writing to waohhartz@gmail.com.

Same-day delivery or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production or printing has begun.
5. Damaged or Broken Items
In case of breakage or in-transit damage:

Send a photo of the damaged product and your Order ID within 12 hours of delivery to waohhartz@gmail.com.

Our support team will arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
6. Refund Timelines

Refunds are initiated only after successful return pickup and quality verification of the product.

Online refunds may take 5–7 working days (depending on your bank).

Keep the original packaging and box intact until your issue is resolved.

Digital downloads and personalized creations are considered delivered once the file is sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by customer approval or incomplete personalization information.
