How long does delivery take?
24–48 working hours, during our working hours of 9 AM to 9 PM. Orders placed outside these hours begin processing the next working day.
What file will I receive?
A ZIP folder containing your files as PNG images, sent to the email address you used at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Reply directly to the same delivery email with what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you from there.
What should I upload?
One clear photo of your product, minimum 1500×1500px, JPG or PNG — the largest and clearest version you have.
Can I order more than 2 sets?
Not right now — every order is capped at 2 sets so each one gets a proper, unhurried pass instead of being rushed.
For the 2-set option, can I use two different products?
Yes — you can either get one product styled in two different themes, or two different products each with their own theme. Just tell us which in the order form.
