WAOHHARTZ is operated by HOMESHOP EKART, B45, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. HOMESHOP EKART is the data controller for the personal information it handles to operate WAOHHARTZ. This policy explains how we use your information when you visit waohhartz.com, buy a digital product, or contact us.

What information we collect

  • Contact, account and order information: Your name, checkout email address, billing address, order number, purchased products, and any phone number or account details you choose to provide.

  • Payment and transaction information: The order amount, payment status and transaction reference we use to confirm payments, reconcile orders or resolve payment issues. Razorpay processes your payment and handles the payment details you enter through its service.

  • Support information: Messages you send us and any files or screenshots you provide to help us resolve a problem. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or other unnecessary personal information.

  • Device and browsing information: Information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and interactions with our store. Some of this information is collected through cookies or similar technologies, depending on your privacy choices and the features enabled.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use the store, and from service providers such as Shopify and Razorpay when they help us process orders, payments or other store activity.

How we use your information

  • To fulfil your order: We use your information to process your purchase, confirm payment, send your download link and help you access your product. We use your checkout email to deliver your digital purchase. If you don’t provide the information needed at checkout, we may be unable to complete the order or deliver your files.

  • To support you and run the store: We answer enquiries, resolve download or payment problems, manage accounts where used, and maintain our store.

  • To protect the store and meet legal obligations: We prevent fraud, secure the store, resolve disputes and keep records needed for accounting, tax or other legal purposes.

  • To measure activity and send marketing: Where enabled and permitted, we use information to understand how visitors use the store, measure marketing performance, or send offers and updates. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those emails. Unsubscribing does not stop order confirmations, download emails or support replies.

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we use information to fulfil our contract with you, meet our legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate interests in securing and operating the store where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We rely on consent where required, including for certain marketing and non-essential tracking.

Who we share information with

  • Shopify hosts our store and provides the tools we use for checkout, customer accounts and order management. Shopify processes personal information when you visit our store or make a purchase. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

  • Razorpay is our payment gateway. It processes payments and handles payment information as described in its Buyer Privacy Notice.

  • Shopify Digital Products sends your download or access link to the email address you used at checkout after payment is confirmed.

  • External template platforms: If your purchase includes a link to a service such as Canva or Notion, that provider’s privacy policy applies when you use its service.

We may also share information with providers that help us operate or protect the store, or with authorities where legally required. We may disclose information where needed to resolve a dispute or protect legal rights.

Cookies, advertising and your privacy choices

Cookies and similar technologies help the store work and remember your preferences. Where enabled, they may also measure activity or support advertising. You can manage non-essential tracking through the store’s cookie controls where available.

When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may use information about your activity on our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify to provide its Enhanced Services. These services can include advertising based on activity across stores. Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers, some of which are located outside your country. Where Shopify processes information for its own purposes, it handles requests about that processing.

Depending on where you live, you can use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or its use for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law. Where supported, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser or device you use. You can also visit the Shopify Privacy Portal to learn how to withdraw consent or object to Shopify’s processing for Enhanced Services. These choices do not prevent us from processing the information needed to complete your order or deliver your files.

Retention, security and international transfers

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide your purchase and support, maintain required records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The retention period depends on the type of information, the reason we hold it and any applicable legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

We are based in India. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Shopify’s Data Processing Addendum describes the safeguards it uses for applicable restricted transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. You can email us to ask which safeguards apply to your information or to request a copy where available.

Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, receive a copy, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising. If we rely on your consent, withdrawing it does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email waohhartz@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where permitted by law, you may authorise someone to act on your behalf. If you have a right to appeal our response, you can contact us at the same email address.

Children’s privacy

Our children’s activity products are intended to be purchased by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us to request its removal.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the date above, and provide notice where required.
