1. About WAOHHARTZ
WAOHHARTZ is an online store operated by HOMESHOP EKART, a GST-registered business based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms apply to purchases made at waohhartz.com.
2. What you are buying
WAOHHARTZ offers digital products, including printable wall art, planners, editable templates, ebooks, kids’ activity books and resources for sellers and creators. No physical item is shipped with a digital purchase.
Depending on the product, your order may include a single PDF, Excel workbook, Word document or PowerPoint file, or a ZIP archive containing several files. Some products include a PDF with an access link and instructions for a template hosted on a service such as Canva or Notion.
Check the product listing before buying. It explains what is included, which files are editable, and whether you need particular software, an account or an AI tool. A prompt pack provides the prompts and resources described in the listing; it does not include finished artwork or an editable template unless the listing says so.
3. Payment and instant delivery
The total payable amount and currency are shown at checkout. Products marked Instant Download are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, to the email address you used at checkout. The email contains the download or access instructions for your order. If you receive a ZIP archive, extract it before opening the individual files.
Use an email address you can access when placing an order. If your payment is confirmed but you cannot find the delivery email, check your spam or junk folder. If the email is missing or you cannot open the download, contact us so we can help.
4. Product licences and permitted use
Each product has its own licence. Some products are for personal use only. Others allow specified commercial use. Check the licence on the product listing or supplied with your purchase.
You may print, edit or use the files only in the ways the licence permits. For example, a licence may allow you to use a finished design in your own business without allowing you to share or resell the editable template itself. Unless the licence expressly permits it, you may not redistribute, upload for public access, sublicense or resell the original files, template access links, prompts or source materials. Buying a digital product gives you the rights stated in its licence; it does not transfer ownership of the original content.
5. Returns, refunds and cancellations
There is no physical return process for digital downloads. Once a digital product has been supplied, we do not normally offer a return, exchange or refund simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong product or format, except where applicable law gives you that right.
If you receive the wrong file, the download is missing or defective, a supplied template link is broken or expired, or what you receive differs materially from the product listing, please let us know. We will review the issue and help restore access or provide the correct file. If the issue cannot be resolved, or the law requires a refund or another remedy, we will handle it in line with your applicable consumer rights.
Immediate delivery does not, by itself, waive any cancellation right you have under applicable law.
6. How to report a file or template issue
Please email waohhartz@gmail.com as soon as you notice a problem, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. If the download never arrived, contact us as soon as you notice it is missing. Include:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- The product name and a short description of what went wrong.
- The original file you received, where practical, or a screenshot of the error if the file is missing, too large to attach, or the issue is with an access link.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or files containing private information. For a confirmed delivery error, we will provide the correct file or a working access link within 24 working hours of receiving the complaint with the details needed to verify it. Working hours are counted between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) on working days. The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate promptly and does not limit your legal rights.
7. Third-party tools and Learn & Earn resources
Some products require a third-party tool or account. Check the listing for compatibility and whether any separate subscription or paid feature is needed. If a supplied access link stops working, contact us using the steps above.
Learn & Earn guides, creator templates and AI resources are designed to help you learn, plan and create. They do not guarantee earnings, sales, platform approval or a specific AI result. Check any AI output before relying on or publishing it, and use only materials you have permission to use.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, it may be brought before a court, consumer commission or other authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as our products or processes change. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
