AI Fact-Check & Source Ledger for Digital Guide Creators | Instant Download
Instant download after payment · Secure checkout · Files are yours forever
Keep factual claims connected to evidence before publishing an educational guide. This AI content fact checking checklist and source ledger helps digital-guide creators record primary sources, separate opinions from measured facts and keep unresolved statements visible for human review.
What you receive
- Two editable XLSX files: a blank ledger and a completed photography-guide example.
- Six tabs in each: Claims, Sources, Quotes, Conflicts, Review and Sign-Off.
- Five-step workflow PDF and 15 focused TXT prompts with manual alternatives.
- Worked Example PDF with 20 claim records, original measurement evidence and source locators.
- Google Sheets import and verification guide, four-page quickstart, licence, support notes and manifest.
Your ZIP contains 10 customer files: two XLSX files, four PDFs, three TXT files and one CSV.
Build a useful working record
Give each assertion a stable claim ID, type, source reference, precise locator, assessment, reviewer and review date. Use the Sources tab for pages or local evidence actually opened. Keep excerpts short, record conflicts explicitly and retain independent review notes without replacing the underlying evidence trail.
Follow the completed example
The completed example reviews a how-to photography guide. It contains sixteen supported source or measurement records, two labelled opinions and two blocked overclaims. Apple Support and Adobe source pages were opened and compared on the recorded date; an original three-by-three grid supplies local measurement evidence. The sample sign-off remains blocked until unsupported wording and open conflicts are resolved.
How to use the kit
- Extract individual claims from the draft and label their type.
- Open relevant primary sources and record actual locations and dates.
- Compare the exact claim with its source and record the human assessment.
- Resolve contradictions by revising, omitting or substantiating affected wording.
- Review evidence totals and record a human decision for the checked version.
Tools and access
A spreadsheet editor capable of opening XLSX, a PDF reader and a browser for checking sources. A Google account is needed only if you choose to import the XLSX to Google Sheets. Optional AI chat assistance; no add-ons or macros.
The XLSX files are supplied directly. Google Sheets use is optional; the guide explains importing and checking a converted copy. A live Google-native copy is not supplied. Compare formulas, dropdowns and boundary cases before relying on an imported version. Each detail table has twenty prepared rows; extend every linked range and retest when expanding it.
AI assistance is optional. Use the supplied prompts in your chosen compatible chat tool or follow the same task manually. Accounts, subscriptions and generation credits are separate. No paid automation or API is required.
What to review
A completed source record does not automatically prove a statement true. The workbook checks recorded prerequisites and links; it cannot read a source or certify accuracy. AI agreement is not verification. The kit does not provide automated plagiarism detection, expert review, rights clearance or advice for regulated medical, legal or financial topics.
Commercial use and support
You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed outputs for business or client work, including commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, prompts, templates or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt and check permissions for third-party content you add.
Support covers locating and understanding the supplied files and reporting file defects. It does not include custom work, third-party account administration, legal clearance or guaranteed commercial outcomes. No lifetime updates are promised. Contact waohhartz@gmail.com for help.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the source ledger?
The 10-file ZIP includes a blank XLSX workbook and a completed XLSX example, each with six tabs: Claims, Sources, Quotes, Conflicts, Review and Sign-Off. You also receive 15 TXT prompts, a five-step workflow, a photography-guide worked example, setup instructions and the supporting quickstart and licence files.
Can I edit the spreadsheets?
Yes. Enter your own claims, sources and review notes in the editable input cells of an XLSX-compatible spreadsheet editor. Keep the calculated columns intact and use a working copy of the blank workbook.
Can I use it in Google Sheets?
An XLSX import and verification guide is included. If you choose Google Sheets, you need your own Google account and should check the imported formulas, dropdowns and example totals before using real records. A Google-native template link is not supplied.
Does the workbook fact-check my guide automatically?
No. It organises the evidence you record and flags missing prerequisites or unresolved records. You must open the sources, compare their actual contents with your claims and make the publishing decision yourself. AI agreement is not source verification.
Why does the completed example still have blocked claims?
The photography-guide example deliberately includes two unsupported claims and two open conflicts. They show how unresolved evidence remains visible and blocks approval until the wording is revised, omitted or properly supported.
How do I open the download?
Download the ZIP provided with your purchase and extract the folder before opening its files. Start with 00_START_HERE.pdf, then read the worked example before making your own working copy. This is a digital download; no physical item is supplied.
Can I use this for my business or client work?
Yes. You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed business or client work, including commercial work. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, templates, prompts or supplied examples. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt for the supplied terms.
Where can I ask about a supplied file?
Email waohhartz@gmail.com for help locating or understanding the supplied files or reporting a file defect. Support does not include custom work or administration of third-party accounts. No specific response time or lifetime updates are promised.
