Instant download after payment · Secure checkout · Files are yours forever
Turn support and beta notes into a prioritised product update brief. This customer feedback analysis template for digital products helps creators keep source evidence, duplicate reports, impact estimates and acceptance checks connected before selecting the next improvements.
What you receive
- Two editable XLSX files: a blank workbook and a completed illustrative example.
- Six tabs in each: Feedback, Themes, Evidence, Effort, Priority and Release Notes.
- Five-step workflow PDF and 15 focused TXT prompts with manual routes.
- Worked example clustering ten original fictional notes and prioritising two fixes.
- Google Sheets import and formula-check guide, four-page quickstart, licence, support notes and manifest.
Your ZIP contains 10 customer files: two XLSX files, four PDFs, three TXT files and one CSV.
Build a useful working record
Use anonymous participant keys and stable note IDs to preserve traceability while removing unnecessary personal information. Mark canonical notes and repeated imports separately. The workbook counts each eligible participant once per theme, so repeated rows do not become evidence from more buyers.
Follow the completed example
The completed workbook includes ten canonical notes and ten duplicate import rows, for twenty feedback records. It selects clearer editable-input cues and clearer A4/Letter guidance as two planned fixes. Evidence rows retain note references, while the brief records an owner and observable acceptance check. Planned release wording stays separate from tested changes.
How to use the kit
- Confirm permission, anonymise notes and retain a private source-key mapping where appropriate.
- Cluster the underlying task problems and mark duplicate records.
- Link each theme to canonical evidence and record limits or contrary information.
- Estimate impact and positive effort hours, then review the score alongside scope and capacity.
- Select fixes with an owner and acceptance checks, and write release notes that match the actual change status.
Tools and access
A spreadsheet editor capable of opening XLSX and a PDF reader. Google Sheets import is optional and needs a Google account. Use anonymised notes; chat assistance is optional. No macros, APIs or automation are included.
The XLSX files are supplied directly. Google Sheets use is optional; the guide explains importing and checking a converted copy. A live Google-native copy is not supplied. Compare formulas, dropdowns and boundary cases before relying on an imported version. Each detail table has twenty prepared rows; extend every linked range and retest when expanding it.
AI assistance is optional. Use the supplied prompts in your chosen compatible chat tool or follow the same task manually. Accounts, subscriptions and generation credits are separate. No paid automation or API is required.
What to review
Priority scores use distinct participant reach × impact ÷ effort hours. Impact and effort are editable judgements, not objective measurements of future value. Missing effort remains pending; zero or negative effort is invalid. The workbook does not collect feedback automatically, contact buyers, schedule updates or prove that a proposed fix has been implemented.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the feedback workflow?
The 10-file ZIP includes blank and completed XLSX workbooks, each with six tabs: Feedback, Themes, Evidence, Effort, Priority and Release Notes. You also receive a five-step workflow, 15 TXT prompts, a completed example, an import guide and the supporting quickstart, licence and manifest files.
Can I edit it or use Google Sheets?
Yes. Use the editable input cells in an XLSX-compatible editor. A Google Sheets import and verification guide is included if you prefer that route; you need your own Google account and should check the converted formulas and example totals before relying on an imported copy.
Why are there 20 feedback rows but only ten original notes?
The example contains ten original fictional notes and ten repeated import rows. The duplicate rows are excluded. Reach counts each eligible participant once per theme, so repeated notes do not become evidence from additional buyers.
How is the priority score calculated?
The score uses distinct participant reach multiplied by impact, divided by effort hours. Impact and effort are editable estimates. Missing effort remains pending, and zero or negative effort is invalid. Review the evidence, scope and available capacity alongside the score.
Can I paste private customer messages into an AI tool?
Use permissioned notes, remove personal information and keep any necessary private source-key mapping in an appropriate private location. The workflow uses anonymised notes and stable references; it does not collect feedback or contact buyers automatically.
Are the two example fixes already implemented?
No. They are planned update briefs for clearer editable-input cues and clearer A4/Letter guidance. Record actual acceptance evidence before describing your own proposed changes as tested or released.
How do I open the download?
Download the ZIP provided with your purchase and extract the folder before opening its files. Start with 00_START_HERE.pdf, then read the worked example before making your own working copy. This is a digital download; no physical item is supplied.
Can I use this for my business or client work?
Yes. You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed business or client work, including commercial work. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, templates, prompts or supplied examples. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt for the supplied terms.
Where can I ask about a supplied file?
Email waohhartz@gmail.com for help locating or understanding the supplied files or reporting a file defect. Support does not include custom work or administration of third-party accounts. No specific response time or lifetime updates are promised.
