Consistent Product Scene AI Brief & Review System for Digital Creators | Instant Download
Instant download after payment · Secure checkout · Files are yours forever
Keep the same product facts across a digital-product campaign. This consistent product scene AI brief and review system helps creators plan several views of one product, track attempts and compare each final image with the actual cover or interior page.
What you receive
- Two editable XLSX files: a blank workbook and a completed illustrative workbook.
- Five tabs in each workbook: Reference Brief, Scene Recipes, Generation Log, Consistency Review and Approved Shots.
- 18 focused TXT prompts and an eight-page six-step workflow PDF.
- Seven-page Worked Example PDF with three ebook scene plans and the actual two-page demonstration source.
- Two-page Google Sheets import and verification guide.
- Four-page Start Here guide, licence, support notes and exact CSV manifest.
The download contains 10 customer files: two XLSX files, four PDFs, three TXT files and one CSV.
Build a useful working structure
Lock the product title, page count, format and source-page identity in one reference brief. Plan what each scene should show, what must remain fixed and what may vary. Record actual image files separately from plans. The example log has twenty illustrative planned rows; it does not claim that twenty campaign images were generated.
Follow the completed example
The example plans A Calm Desk Reset on a desk, on a tablet and as a close-up checklist. It supplies the original cover and checklist inside the guide so the source can be inspected. A manual route places the actual product page inside a simple frame, preserving real text rather than relying on generated replacement wording.
How to use the kit
- Record the verified product facts and exact owned source pages.
- Plan desk, tablet and close-up scene recipes.
- Generate surroundings if helpful, or build a manual background.
- Insert the actual cover or interior page in your editor.
- Review text, page identity, proportions, framing, palette and permissions.
- Select an actual file only after all required human checks are recorded.
Tools and access
A compatible XLSX editor; Google Sheets import instructions are included. A free Google account and internet are needed for Sheets. AI image generation is optional and its credits or paid plans are separate.
Google Sheets setup instructions explain importing and checking a converted copy. Compare the formulas, dropdowns and pending states before using your own records. No Google-native copy link is required because the editable XLSX files are supplied. The workbooks contain no macros or paid add-ons.
AI assistance is optional. Copy the TXT prompts into your chosen compatible tool, or follow the manual route. AI accounts, subscriptions and generation credits are not included; service limits and terms depend on the provider.
What to review before release
The selection sheet keeps a planned record, missing file or incomplete check pending. It can flag a missing or mismatched ID, but it cannot read or certify an image. Human comparison with the source remains essential. This system supplies planning and review resources; custom finished mockups, an image-generation subscription and automatic image analysis are not included.
Commercial use and support
You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed outputs for business or client work, including commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, prompts, layouts or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt and review the permissions for any assets or fonts you add.
Support covers locating and understanding the supplied files and reporting file defects. It does not include custom artwork, legal clearance, third-party account administration or guaranteed sales. No lifetime updates are promised. Contact waohhartz@gmail.com for help.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the Scene Brief and Review System?
The 10-file ZIP includes blank and completed XLSX workbooks, 18 TXT prompts, a six-step workflow, worked examples and a Google Sheets import guide. Each workbook has five tabs: Reference Brief, Scene Recipes, Generation Log, Consistency Review and Approved Shots.
Does the kit include finished mockups or 20 generated images?
No finished campaign image pack is included. The example provides three scene plans for the original two-page ebook A Calm Desk Reset. Its 20 illustrative generation-log rows are planning records, not evidence that 20 final images were generated.
How do I keep the product content consistent?
Record the verified title, page count, format and exact source-page identity. Insert the actual cover or interior page into the scene in your image editor, then compare the result with that source. A manual placement route is included so important wording and page details do not depend on generated replacements.
Do I need Canva, Notion or a paid AI subscription?
No specific Canva or Notion account is required. Use a compatible XLSX editor and an image editor for placing your actual product pages. AI assistance is optional; you can follow the same planning and review steps manually. Any AI account, subscription or generation credits you choose are separate.
Can I use the XLSX files in Google Sheets?
A Google Sheets import and verification guide is included. If you choose that route, use your own Google account and check the converted formulas, dropdowns and pending states before recording real work. The supplied editable files are XLSX workbooks, not a Google-native copy link.
Does the workbook automatically inspect or approve images?
No. It can help flag missing files, missing or mismatched IDs and incomplete review records. It cannot read an image or certify its accuracy. Compare each actual final file with the product source and record your own checks before selecting it.
How do I open the download, and will a physical item arrive?
Download the ZIP supplied with your purchase, extract the folder and start with 00_START_HERE.pdf. Read the worked example before making your working copy. This is a digital file kit; no physical item is supplied.
Can I use the kit for my business or client work?
Yes. You may create your own original completed business or client work under LICENSE.txt. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, reusable templates, template links, prompts or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Review permissions for any third-party assets you add.
Where can I ask about a supplied file?
Email waohhartz@gmail.com for help locating or understanding the supplied files or reporting a file defect. Support does not include custom artwork, third-party account administration or legal clearance. No specific response time or lifetime updates are promised.
