Who It’s For

For solo digital sellers, workbook creators, printable designers and educational creators balancing tutorials, previews and product posts. Bring one real offer, accurate contents, original samples and the tools and accounts you use to create and publish content.

Use this focused module when you need one offer-led campaign. The Social Media Content Planner & Marketing Calendar covers broader ongoing content planning. This kit does not include a Notion workspace, finished videos or social posts.

A Worked Example: Four Weeks Around One Workbook

The fictional Creator Week Workbook campaign helps a reader choose one priority and review a realistic weekly plan. Fourteen assets contain two tutorials, four demos and eight repurposed posts. Six second placements produce twenty distribution records without creating six more content assets.

The example keeps sixteen simulated published records separate from four still planned. Its result totals include only the sixteen eligible observations. All example names, questions, metrics and links are illustrative; example.com URLs do not show live products or posts. No traffic or sales outcome is claimed.

How It Works

  1. Define one offer, buyer task and real product destination.
  2. Enter the campaign start, time-zone label, weekly hours and common observation window.
  3. Record useful audience questions and original content assets with stable IDs.
  4. Schedule the primary content and add separate channel placements.
  5. Check the finished content and destinations, publish manually and record actual dates and URLs.
  6. Enter measured counts, resolve row checks and record one useful change in Review.

Features

  • Planned dates update from an editable start date; actual publication dates remain manually recorded.
  • Weekly preparation hours are compared with your available hours.
  • Source-content IDs connect repurposed work to its original asset.
  • One result observation per placement helps avoid duplicate snapshots.
  • Campaign click rate uses total included clicks divided by total included impressions.
  • Blank and zero metrics stay distinct; unavailable data does not silently become measured zero.
  • Fifty asset and calendar rows, one hundred placement and result rows, forty question rows and an editable review log.

Tools, Accounts and Limits

Use compatible XLSX spreadsheet software, DOCX editing software and a PDF reader. Google Sheets import requires your own Google account and internet. The supplied setup guide explains conversion and recalculation checks. No hosted Google Sheet, automation, macro, script, paid add-on or platform integration is supplied.

The time-zone field is a coordination label and does not convert publication times. The workbook checks entered fields; it does not visit URLs or verify a real platform publication. Impressions and placement totals are not unique audience reach, customers or attributable sales. Use your actual source definitions and a consistent observation window.

Official import reference: Google’s guidance on using Excel and Sheets. Review formulas, dates, dropdowns and formatting after conversion. Google Sheets account testing remains a separate step from the supplied local XLSX files.

Questions Before Buying

Which files are included?

The eleven-file customer ZIP contains a clean seven-tab XLSX workbook, a completed example workbook, a twelve-page editable DOCX guide, A4 and US Letter print PDFs, a four-page Start Guide, a five-page Google Sheets setup guide, a nine-page worked example, a licence, support notes and a CSV file inventory.

Can I edit the files using free tools?

The XLSX workbooks and DOCX guide can be opened with compatible software such as LibreOffice. Google Sheets import uses your own Google account and internet. Excel or Word may require a paid licence. No macros, scripts or paid add-ons are required. Review formulas, dates, dropdowns and layout after converting to another editor.

How do I start with this digital product content calendar template?

Read the completed example, then open the clean workbook. Define one real offer, enter a start date and available hours, and list the questions your content should answer. Plan one tutorial and one demo before adding repurposed posts. Record manual publication separately and use actual platform reports to review results.

Does the ZIP contain editable files or access links?

The editable XLSX and DOCX files are inside the ZIP. You can upload a working XLSX copy to your own Google Drive and convert it to Google Sheets using the supplied setup guide. A hosted shared Google Sheet, Canva template and Notion workspace are not included.

Can I use my completed campaign commercially?

Yes. One purchaser may customise the files for their own business and publish finished promotional content for products they own. The source toolkit, editable workbooks and guide cannot be resold, redistributed, shared publicly or transferred to clients or another business. Team-sharing, PLR and resale rights are not included.

What support and updates are included?

Email waohhartz@gmail.com for missing files or supplied-file defects. Include the order reference, filename, software and a description without passwords or private data. Campaign creation, posting, analytics consulting and third-party account recovery are outside supplied-file support. Version 1.0 is dated 25 October 2026. No fixed response-time or lifetime-update promise is included.

Can I change the start day and time zone?

Yes. Enter a valid campaign start date in Offer and use week 1 to 4 with day 0 to 6 in Calendar. Planned dates update from that start date, while entered actual publication dates stay fixed. The time-zone field is a label for manual coordination; it does not convert times, adjust daylight-saving changes or schedule publication.

Does the calendar publish content or collect analytics automatically?

No. You create the content, check destinations and publish through your own accounts. Enter actual dates, live URLs and observed metrics manually. The workbook separates planned placements from recorded publications and excludes incomplete or invalid results from its totals.

What does the four-week worked example show?

The fictional Creator Week Workbook campaign schedules two tutorials, four demos and eight repurposed posts. Fourteen content assets have twenty distribution placements, including six second placements. Sixteen are marked published and four planned. All questions, dates, URLs and metrics are simulated, not verified store analytics or promised results.

How is this different from the existing Social Media Content Planner?

This is a focused four-week module for one digital offer, with linked audience questions, source assets, relative dates, preparation capacity, publication records and comparable results. The broader Social Media Content Planner covers ongoing ideas, pillars, hashtags and a companion Notion workflow. This kit supplies seven tabs and a worked digital-product campaign, without a Notion version.
