Keep your next digital product moving

This Notion digital product creator template brings ideas, product files, production tasks and release plans into one connected workspace. Use the home dashboard to see what you are building, what still needs attention and which files need a check before delivery.

Five linked databases connect each product to its idea, assets, tasks and releases. Task progress counts work marked Done only when a completion note is present. Product stage and release decisions stay under your control.

What you receive

A native Notion workspace accessed through its template link, plus one ZIP containing 13 files: 4 PDFs, 6 CSV files, 2 TXT files and 1 editable Markdown guide.

  • Notion workspace: one home dashboard with five linked views and five databases—Ideas, Products, Assets, Tasks and Releases.
  • 00_START_HERE.pdf: a four-page quick start with the file map, setup steps and key checks.
  • Notion_Access.pdf: workspace access, duplication instructions and troubleshooting.
  • Notion_Schema_and_Rebuild.pdf: property types, relations, rollups, formulas and view settings for rebuilding from CSV backups.
  • Workspace_Guide.md: an editable reference to the workflow and database setup.
  • Five database CSV backups: sample record text with stable IDs for manual recovery.
  • Worked_Example.pdf: a four-page walkthrough of one ebook at release while two templates remain in production.
  • LICENSE.txt, SUPPORT_AND_CHANGELOG.txt and FILE_MANIFEST.csv: use rights, support information, version notes and the complete file list.

Five databases, one creator workflow

  • Ideas: record the buyer problem, intended outcome, evidence notes and next action.
  • Products: connect an idea to a product format, production stage, owner, task progress and next action.
  • Assets: record file locations, versions, checks and completion notes.
  • Tasks: assign an owner, due date, effort estimate, status and proof of completion.
  • Releases: plan dates and record manual checks for files, listing, rights and delivery.

The home dashboard includes a product pipeline board, open-task table, files needing checks, release calendar and idea queue. The fictional example contains 3 ideas, 3 products, 6 asset records, 12 tasks and 3 releases. Sample asset locations are teaching examples; ebook, spreadsheet and document products shown in the records are not included downloads.

Who this is for

Solo creators managing several ebooks, printable packs, spreadsheets or document templates who want to track production and release work in Notion.

How to start

  1. Extract the ZIP and read the Start Here PDF.
  2. Open the template link from the access guide and duplicate the workspace into your own Notion account.
  3. Explore the fictional worked example and check the linked databases in your copy.
  4. Add your own idea and product, connect its assets and tasks, and record your release checks.

Digital product only; no physical item is shipped. Completion percentages reflect recorded task status and notes. They do not verify files, approve publication or predict sales. Store large product files externally and record their locations in Assets.

How can I track ideas, files and release tasks in one workspace?

Use this digital product creator Notion dashboard to connect each product to its idea, asset records, tasks and release. Review the Notion product pipeline, open tasks and files needing checks on the home dashboard. Record an owner, next action and completion note as the work progresses.

What should I look for in a Notion digital product creator template?

Look for linked records, useful views, a worked example and clear duplication instructions. This creator operating system fits creators managing several products and ongoing production. Choose a focused spreadsheet planner when your immediate task is comparing prices, validating one idea or specifying page sizes.

Frequently asked questions

Which formats are included?

A native Notion workspace plus PDF, CSV, TXT and Markdown files. The ZIP contains 13 files; the linked Notion workspace is separate. CSV backups preserve sample record text, not a complete workspace.

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

The workflow is designed for an individual Notion Free workspace and does not require paid AI or automations. A Notion account and internet access are required. Follow current plan limits for uploads and collaboration; accounts and subscriptions are not included.

How do I access and duplicate the workspace?

Use the template link in Notion_Access.pdf, sign in to Notion, choose Duplicate and select your own workspace. Work in your copy. If access fails, send support the failed link and error message.

Can I rebuild everything from the CSV files?

CSV import does not restore relations, formulas, rollups or dashboard views automatically. The rebuild guide explains how to recreate them and reconnect records using their IDs. Duplication of the native workspace is the main setup method.

Can I use this for commercial work?

Yes, for internal use by one purchaser or one business, including managing client projects. You may sell your own original finished work created while using the system. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or sharing this reusable workspace and source files outside that business is not permitted. No PLR rights are included; read the licence.

What support and updates are included?

Email waohhartz@gmail.com for access or supplied-feature questions. Include the database, property or record and the result you observed. Custom workspace development and account management are outside the support scope. Version notes are included; no lifetime-update or response-time promise is made.
