The nested Sample_Launch_Bundle contains seven practice files: a three-page ebook, a small content-log XLSX, a Canva access PDF, quickstart, licence, manifest and support/changelog. The digital product file manifest template shows relative paths and file purposes so you can compare the intended contents with an extracted archive.

A worked example you can actually unpack

Follow the six-page worked example to package an ebook, spreadsheet and Canva access PDF into one versioned ZIP. Extract the supplied practice bundle and compare its seven files with the completed workbook. Its inventory records 204,781 uncompressed bytes; the workbook totals the file sizes you enter.

This example deliberately remains on Hold: its Canva access PDF has no customer-copy link, and Windows, macOS and phone tests are unrecorded. The workbook shows those issues instead of presenting an unfinished release as passed. The missing practice link is a teaching case; this kit does not include a Canva template or require Canva access for its own workbook and guide.

How to use the kit in six steps

1. Extract the main download and read 00_START_HERE.pdf and Worked_Example.pdf.
2. Unpack the seven-file practice ZIP and compare its manifest with Completed_Workbook.xlsx.
3. Open Blank_Workbook.xlsx and enter your own file paths, formats, byte sizes and version.
4. Extract your final ZIP, compare its manifest and open every supplied format.
5. Record customer-link checks, target-device tests and support issues.
6. Resolve flagged records, confirm your evidence and review the release decision before sale.

Tools, editing routes and limits

Use a ZIP extractor, PDF reader and compatible XLSX and DOCX editors. The workbook includes 20 file rows, 20 link rows and 20 support-issue rows, plus required Windows, macOS and phone test records. Amber cells accept inputs; sage review cells contain formulas. Blank, zero, negative, duplicate, missing-ID and draft-filename cases were checked, together with Hold and Ready for seller review scenarios.

The XLSX files were opened and recalculated locally in LibreOffice Calc, and the DOCX was rendered in LibreOffice. A Google Sheets import and recheck guide is included. Native Google Sheets import, Google Docs layout, Microsoft Excel and fresh Windows, macOS and phone workflows have not been verified. Google Sheets web editing requires a Google account; a paid Excel licence is optional if you choose that app.

This zip file digital product delivery checklist records your evidence. It does not scan folders, inspect archive contents, open URLs, diagnose all private links or certify a release automatically. Review the actual buyer journey and record only tests you performed. A ready result requires accurate human records.

Can I edit the kit using free tools?

The XLSX files were opened and recalculated in LibreOffice Calc, and the DOCX was rendered in LibreOffice. Google Sheets import instructions are supplied, but native Sheets and Google Docs checks have not been completed. Microsoft Excel is optional and may require a paid licence. Recheck formulas and layout in your chosen editor.

How do I start with the digital product packaging checklist?

Read the quickstart and worked example, extract Sample_Launch_Bundle_v1_0.zip and compare its seven entries with the completed workbook. Then use the blank workbook for one product, enter its files and version, and record the actual extraction, opening, link and device checks.

Are editable files included, or only online links?

The workbooks are supplied as XLSX and the guide as DOCX. PDFs provide reading references and checklists. No Notion template, hosted Google Sheet or Canva customer template-copy link is included. The Canva access PDF inside the practice ZIP intentionally demonstrates a missing link.

Can I use my completed work commercially?

One purchasing business may use the kit internally and supply finished customised checklists, manifests and instructions with its own products or client work. Keep editable toolkit sources within that business. Standalone toolkit resale, source redistribution, PLR and MRR rights are excluded. The fictional practice bundle is for internal learning. What support and updates are included?
