Build a useful working structure
Use the workbook to define audience, theme, permissions, two inventory pages for 24 icons, construction rules, palette, safe area, prompt recipe, revisions, export specification, visual review and release decision. Intentional blank fields are there for your own decisions and evidence.
Follow the completed example
Focused Study plans 24 distinct study icons with a shared outline, margin and palette. Small Garden plans twelve garden-journal icons. Home Reset plans sixteen household-routine icons. These are completed planning examples that show how the method adapts to different collections; the download does not contain a ready-made commercial sticker art pack.
How to use the kit
- Define the audience, target use and collection boundary.
- Set the shared stroke, palette, perspective and spacing rules.
- Give each icon a unique ID and a distinct purpose.
- Draw original artwork or draft a focused AI brief, then log revisions.
- Inspect actual exports for size, alpha, edge quality and complete inventory.
- Make previews from the same final files and state the supported uses accurately.
Tools and access
A DOCX editor such as Word or LibreOffice, a PDF reader and an image editor that can export PNG transparency. Optional AI accounts and image-generation quotas are separate.
AI assistance is optional. Copy the TXT prompts into your chosen compatible tool, or follow the manual route. AI accounts, subscriptions and generation credits are not included; service limits and terms depend on the provider.
What to review before release
The chosen app or printing supplier determines the final delivery requirements. The sample 512-pixel screen specification is an example, not a universal print standard. Verify genuine transparency in the exported file and test the smallest intended display size. Fonts, illustrations and finished export artwork are not supplied as a resellable stock collection.
Commercial use and support
You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed outputs for business or client work, including commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, prompts, layouts or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Do I receive a finished sticker art pack?

Can I edit the workbook or fill in the PDFs?
Edit the DOCX text and tables in a compatible document editor. The A4 and US Letter PDFs are reading, writing and printing copies; editable PDF form fields are not included. Use a working copy and review any page reflow after editing.
Do I need Canva, Notion or a paid AI subscription?
No Canva or Notion account is required. Use a DOCX editor, PDF reader and an image editor capable of exporting PNG transparency when you create your art. AI help is optional. Any AI account, subscription or image-generation credits you choose are separate.
Does the kit automatically export transparent stickers?
No. The workbook plans your export requirements and review steps. Inspect the actual PNG alpha channel and view the exported image on contrasting light and dark backgrounds. A checkerboard painted into an image is not genuine transparency.
Will my finished stickers work in every app or print service?
The kit does not provide universal app or print compatibility. The 512-pixel screen specification is an example, not a universal print standard. Choose the intended use, follow the target app or supplier requirements and inspect your final icons at their smallest intended display size.
How do I open the download, and will a physical item arrive?
Download the ZIP supplied with your purchase, extract the folder and start with 00_START_HERE.pdf. Read the worked example before making your working copy. This is a digital file kit; no physical item is supplied.
