Instant download after payment · Secure checkout · Files are yours forever
Keep older tutorials, screenshots and product links accurate with an editable content refresh and internal link planner. Built for digital product sellers with an existing tutorial library, this seven-tab workbook connects your URL inventory, reader intent, product fit, review tasks, links and change records.
Choose one older lesson, preserve its original address, record what is outdated and plan a checked revision in your own website tools. Use the included example to practise before replacing the demonstration inputs with your actual pages.
What you receive
One ZIP containing exactly eight customer files:
- Blank_Workbook.xlsx and Completed_Workbook.xlsx: seven tabs each, with 100 prepared records per table.
- Four-page START HERE PDF with file map, tools, six-step setup and troubleshooting.
- Four-page Google Sheets setup PDF with import, formula and export checks.
- Eight-page worked-example PDF with ten tutorial scenarios and actual workbook screenshots.
- Plain-language licence, support/changelog TXT and CSV file manifest.
Seven connected workbook tabs
- URL Inventory: original and current canonical URLs, country/language, review dates, intervals and calculated queue.
- Intent: the reader question, main task, audience and your fit decision.
- Product Mapping: relevant product destinations, reasons, check dates and evidence.
- Refresh Tasks: exact stale instructions or links, required changes, owner, due date and evidence.
- Links: old and proposed targets, anchor text, manual checks, repeated-anchor flags and relevance decisions.
- Changes: previous wording, replacements, task references, evidence and publication status.
- Results: manually entered comparable counts, absolute differences and percentage changes with zero-baseline handling.
Follow ten older-tutorial review scenarios
The completed copy follows ten authored Canva tutorial scenarios, from a printable checklist to a product-demo storyboard. Twenty revised draft tasks and twenty unpublished change records show how to preserve old instructions and link targets while preparing replacements. Ten additional URL ideas remain unreviewed.
All example URLs and metric comparisons are clearly labelled demonstrations. They do not represent real broken endpoints, current Canva screens, customer results or published website changes. You verify the actual interface and destinations yourself.
How to use the planner
- Extract the ZIP and practise with the completed workbook.
- Set the as-of date and register your original URLs, current canonical URLs and country/language.
- Confirm the reader task and the relevance of any product destination.
- Inspect instructions, screenshots, targets and anchors; record specific tasks.
- Edit your real draft, preserve previous wording and add evidence to the change log.
- Publish using your own website tools, recheck the live page and record actual comparable results when available.
Tools and compatibility
Editable XLSX workbooks plus reference PDF guides. No Canva template link, DOCX file, hosted Google Sheet, paid add-on or macro is required. The included Google Sheets guide explains importing your own copy. Local formula checks and a separate LibreOffice recalculation were completed; native Google Sheets, native Excel, intended-device extraction and actual purchase delivery need their own setup checks.
This manual editorial maintenance planner does not crawl URLs, detect HTTP status, verify screenshot accuracy, edit your CMS or publish pages. Review dates and flags organise your entered records. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations or revenue.
Who this helps
Digital product sellers, template educators and creators maintaining older blog tutorials. For planning a new article from a reader question, see SEO Content Briefs for Digital Product Sellers. For maintaining the downloadable product files themselves, see Evergreen Digital Product Update Tracker.
Questions before buying
What is included in this content refresh planner?
One eight-file ZIP: blank and completed seven-tab XLSX workbooks, a four-page quickstart PDF, a four-page Google Sheets setup PDF, an eight-page worked-example PDF, a licence, support/changelog notes and a CSV manifest.
How do I refresh an older digital product tutorial?
Inventory its original URL and current canonical URL, confirm the reader task, inspect current instructions and screenshots, review relevant products and links, then edit your actual draft. Record the old wording, replacement and evidence before publishing and rechecking the live page.
Can I use this internal link tracker in Google Sheets?
XLSX files and a Google Sheets import guide are supplied. Import a copy using your own Google account, then repeat the totals and formula checks in the guide. No hosted Google Sheet is included, and native Google Sheets and Excel checks remain for your intended setup.
Can I use free software?
The workbook uses ordinary formulas without macros or paid add-ons. Local formula checks and a separate LibreOffice recalculation were performed. You also need a PDF reader. Google Sheets requires your own account and internet; Excel is optional and may be paid.
Does it automatically find broken links or outdated screenshots?
You inspect the actual pages, screenshots and destinations and enter your findings. The workbook calculates review dates, checks IDs and flags exact repeated anchor strings and manually marked irrelevant links. It does not crawl, inspect Canva, edit your CMS or publish pages.
How does the planner preserve canonical URL history?
Separate Original URL and Current canonical URL fields preserve the starting address and your current decision. Links keeps old and proposed targets, and Changes records previous wording, replacements and evidence. Keep versioned backups and append revisions. Redirects and canonical tags are configured separately in your website tools.
What does the completed example demonstrate?
Ten older Canva tutorial scenarios show revised instruction and link drafts, with twenty draft tasks and twenty unpublished changes. Ten further URL ideas remain unreviewed. The twenty metric comparisons are explicitly simulated. No live Canva audit, customer result or website edit is claimed.
Will content updates improve rankings or AI visibility?
No ranking, traffic, indexing, AI-citation or revenue outcome is promised. The planner helps you document accurate useful content and relevant links. Use your actual source records and comparable periods, and avoid treating a before-and-after difference as proof of causation.
Do I need a Canva template link?
No. This product contains editable XLSX workbooks and reference PDF guides. Canva tutorials appear only as demonstration scenarios; Canva templates and DOCX files are not included.
What commercial use and support are included?
One purchaser may use the toolkit in their own business and to produce finished client work. Do not resell, redistribute or transfer the source toolkit. Supplied-file support is available through the purchase platform or waohhartz@gmail.com. Custom SEO work, website editing and lifetime updates are not included.
