The eight cards cover welcome, six setup steps, XLSX import, personal copies, inputs and formulas, the first five transactions, troubleshooting and support. The separate TXT provides 12 adaptable replies for download, access, import, dates, decimals, formulas and related setup questions.

A completed first-use example

The six-page worked example walks through importing a small budget XLSX and entering five fictional transactions. Amounts of 42.50, 18.00, 65.00, 9.25 and 9.00 total 143.75 units. With a 500.00 practice limit, the expected remaining amount is 356.25 and the numeric entry count is five. The one-tab XLSX is a setup exercise, rather than a full budgeting product.

2. Open the practice XLSX and compare its starting result.
3. Adapt the guide to your own file, input cells and delivery route.
4. Customise the cards and relevant support replies.

Tools, access and compatibility

Use a PDF reader, ZIP extractor and compatible DOCX editor. The DOCX was rendered and checked in LibreOffice. Native Google Docs layout has not been tested. The additional PPTX is an editable source/import option for the eight cards. A native Canva master has been created; a one-click Canva customer template-copy link is not included in the current review package. Clean Canva Free customer-copy and watermark-free export checks remain unverified.

The documented Google Sheets setup route needs the buyer’s Google account, desktop browser and internet. The local workbook recalculates correctly with the sample, zero, blank and negative test inputs. Fresh native Google Sheets import has not been tested. No native Sheets customer-copy link is supplied. Initial phone setup, mobile feature parity and offline editing are not claimed. Colour identifies inputs and formulas; the practice XLSX does not enforce formula protection.

Can I use the completed work commercially?

What support and updates are included?

Custom spreadsheet repair, account recovery and shop administration are outside supplied-file support. No lifetime-update service is promised.
