Turn separate print-on-demand ideas into a coherent design collection. This POD design workflow and consistency tracker helps sellers document original briefs, shared rules, prompt recipes, revisions, human quality findings and the supplier requirements for each final export.

What you receive

  • Two editable XLSX files: a blank workbook and a completed illustrative workbook.
  • Six tabs in each workbook: Theme, Briefs, Prompt Recipes, Versions, QC and Export Specs.
  • 18 focused TXT prompts and an eight-page six-step AI Workflow PDF.
  • Six-page Worked Example PDF planning six typography-led hiking designs.
  • Two-page Google Sheets import and verification guide.
  • Four-page Start Here guide, licence, support notes and CSV manifest.

The download contains 10 customer files: two XLSX files, four PDFs, three TXT files and one CSV.

Build a useful working structure

Start with one authoritative theme and six distinct briefs. Keep wording, type hierarchy, palette and motif rules connected by stable IDs. Log each version and the reason for the change. The example workbook includes twenty clearly labelled illustrative version records, while the blank workbook provides twenty prepared working rows on the detail tabs.

Follow the completed example

Quiet Trail plans six original typography-led hiking concepts with consistent spacing and simple original motifs. It demonstrates brief writing and revision tracking. Final shirt graphics, licensed font files, physical products and supplier-approved artwork are not included. Proposed wording still needs an appropriate commercial rights review.

How to use the kit

  1. Define one audience, theme and shared set of rules.
  2. Write distinct original briefs with stable design IDs.
  3. Prepare prompt recipes or typeset layouts manually.
  4. Save versioned artwork and record actual revisions.
  5. Review spelling, spacing, rights evidence, print area and actual export dimensions.
  6. Resolve open requirements, inspect final files and check the intended supplier route.

Tools and access

A compatible XLSX editor; Google Sheets import instructions are included. A free Google account and internet are needed for Sheets. AI image generation is optional and its credits or paid plans are separate.

Google Sheets setup instructions explain importing and checking a converted copy. Compare the formulas, dropdowns and pending states before using your own records. No Google-native copy link is required because the editable XLSX files are supplied. The workbooks contain no macros or paid add-ons.

AI assistance is optional. Copy the TXT prompts into your chosen compatible tool, or follow the manual route. AI accounts, subscriptions and generation credits are not included; service limits and terms depend on the provider.

What to review before release

The Export Specs tab calculates effective PPI on each axis from actual pixels and print inches, then compares the limiting value with the supplier minimum you enter. Missing dimensions remain pending; nonpositive dimensions are invalid. A PPI result does not certify print quality or rights. Enter the current requirements for the exact product and production method.

Commercial use and support

You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed outputs for business or client work, including commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, prompts, layouts or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt and review the permissions for any assets or fonts you add.

Support covers locating and understanding the supplied files and reporting file defects. It does not include custom artwork, legal clearance, third-party account administration or guaranteed sales. No lifetime updates are promised. Contact waohhartz@gmail.com for help.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the POD workflow and tracker?

The 10-file ZIP includes blank and completed XLSX workbooks, 18 TXT prompts, a six-step workflow, a worked example and a Google Sheets import guide. Each workbook has six tabs: Theme, Briefs, Prompt Recipes, Versions, QC and Export Specs.

Are finished POD graphics, shirts or font files included?

No. Quiet Trail is a completed planning example for six typography-led hiking designs. The 20 illustrative version records demonstrate revision tracking. Finished shirt graphics, physical products, licensed font files and supplier-approved artwork are not supplied.

How does the effective PPI check work?

Enter the actual exported pixel width and height, the intended print width and height in inches, and the supplier minimum. The tracker calculates PPI on both axes and compares the lower result with that minimum. Missing dimensions stay pending; zero or negative dimensions are invalid. A passing number does not prove print quality.

What software do I need, and is AI compulsory?

Use an XLSX-compatible spreadsheet editor. AI use is optional and the workflow includes a manual route. A Google Sheets import guide is included if you prefer Sheets; use your own Google account and verify converted formulas and dropdowns. AI subscriptions and credits are separate.

Does it connect to a POD supplier or upload artwork automatically?

No supplier integration or automatic upload is included. Record the requirements for your exact product, supplier and production method, inspect the actual final export, and use the supplier route you choose. Requirements and physical samples need your own review.

Does the tracker clear design phrases, fonts or artwork rights?

No. It provides places to record your evidence and review decisions. You must review the permissions for your own wording, fonts and assets before commercial use. Formula checks do not establish legal clearance or supplier approval.

How do I open the download, and will a physical item arrive?

Download the ZIP supplied with your purchase, extract the folder and start with 00_START_HERE.pdf. Read the worked example before making your working copy. This is a digital file kit; no physical item is supplied.

Can I use the kit for my business or client work?

Yes. You may create your own original completed business or client work under LICENSE.txt. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, reusable templates, template links, prompts or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Review permissions for any third-party assets you add.

Where can I ask about a supplied file?

Email waohhartz@gmail.com for help locating or understanding the supplied files or reporting a file defect. Support does not include custom artwork, third-party account administration or legal clearance. No specific response time or lifetime updates are promised.
