1. What is WAOHHARTZ?

waohhARTZ: Half a decade of bringing extraordinary products to the nation. 6 years ago, from around a little store, came a big idea that would inspire the nation - to bring together the most unique Gifting experience and the Categories like (Home Décor/Wall Art/Personalized/Kitchen Artz, Exclusive Artz etc.)

2. What kind of products & gifts are available at WAOHHARTZ?

waohhARTZ is a one-stop shop for all kinds of gifting & Home Décor requirement. We have created bespoke collections for almost all kinds of recipients & occasions. We handpick items from over 100+ product categories. We are also market leaders in specialty product/gift categories like Personalized products, Hampers, Home Décor, Wall Artz. We also offer large signature collections of over 2000 products for all key festivals in India, including both domestic (Rakhi, Diwali, Karwachauth, Bhaidooj, and etc) and Special Occasions (valentine's day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and etc) festivals.

3. Where can WAOHHARTZ delivered the products?

waohhARTZ delivers its products Pan India. We ship our products to around 32,000 Pin Codes in India. we can use premium courier partners for our domestic deliveries. We can usually delivery domestic orders in 2-5 business days to regular Pin Codes.

4. How can I buy from WAOHHARTZ?

waohhARTZ: only takes online orders through its website. We do not take any order on phone or via email. If you are having any problem placing an order, you can call our customer Support Team Monday to Sunday between 9 am to 7 pm and we'll help you place the order. Alternatively, you can write to us at waohhartz@gmail.com anytime and we'll get back to you within 24 working hours.

5. Do you gift wrap or provide packaging options?

We are providing a gift wrap option. Also, we are provided an option to add a gift box at a nominal charge (the option is available in the Checkout Page).

6. Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

Yes, except personalized order, we offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. This means that you can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to you. COD is available for all orders within India.

7. What Kind of Payment options are available on WAOHHARTZ

We have Below payment option integrated on our website for smooth and secure transaction. (Net Banking/Wallets/UPI/Credit Cards/Debit Cards).

8. Can I replace an Item?

For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take 3 – 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient's address.

9. How Long Product delivered to us.

Usually, any product takes 2 to 3 days delivery in India but if the address belongs to any Remote area in that case, it will take 5 to 7 days to deliver the Products.

10. How do I track my order

You can track your order using in your account.

11. Can I cancel my order.

Order with personalized/customized products won't be cancelled once it is processed. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed, and dispatch on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.

12. How long does it take to process my cancellation?

Order cancellation is initiated instantly but it takes 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect in the bank account.
