Shipping & Delivery Policies
WAOHHARTZ, operated by HOMESHOP EKART, sells digital products. Your purchase is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment, courier tracking number or shipping charge for digital orders.
How and when your order is delivered
Once your payment is confirmed, Shopify’s Digital Products app automatically sends a download or access link to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate after payment confirmation, though email delivery can take a few minutes. If your payment is pending, the download email is sent only after payment is confirmed.
Double-check your email address before placing your order. Orders placed from supported countries use the same email delivery process. If checkout asks for a billing address, it is for billing and payment purposes.
What you’ll receive
The product listing explains what’s included and which software you may need. Depending on the product, you may receive a single PDF, Excel workbook, Word document or PowerPoint file, a ZIP archive containing multiple files, or a link to an online template. If you receive a ZIP archive, extract it before opening the files inside.
If your download is missing or doesn’t work
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for the download email. If it still hasn’t arrived, your checkout email was entered incorrectly, you received the wrong file, or the download or template link is broken or expired, email waohhartz@gmail.com as soon as you notice the issue. For an issue with something you received, please contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. For a wrong file, attach the file you received if possible. For an access error, a screenshot helps us investigate. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
For a confirmed delivery error, we’ll provide the correct file or a working access link within 24 working hours of receiving your report with the details we need to verify it. Working hours are counted between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) on working days. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
