Write honest image descriptions with a product image alt text template built around actual visible content and page context. This WAOHHARTZ instruction pack helps digital-product sellers prepare useful alt text and source-faithful image briefs, with a human review step before applying the result.

What you receive

  • One portable Markdown instruction module with a visual-input schema.
  • 12 focused TXT prompts for image purpose, visible facts, meaningful text and image briefs.
  • Eight JSON image-description review cases with expected behaviors and reference outputs.
  • Worked Example PDF containing a real original pricing-sheet screenshot and a second SOP source page.
  • Reusable alt-text review rubric and worksheet.
  • Manual setup PDF, four-page quickstart, licence, support notes and CSV manifest.

Your ZIP contains 9 customer files: one Markdown file, one JSON file, three PDFs, three TXT files and one CSV.

Build a useful working record

Record what the actual image shows, what cannot be read and how the image is used on its page. Distinguish informative, decorative, functional and complex images. A functional image needs its supplied destination or action; a complex table may need a short alt plus a complete nearby text equivalent.

Follow the completed example

The main example describes an actual rendered pricing worksheet with four cost inputs, total cost 130, selling price 200 and margin 35%. The numbers are illustrative and are used only to demonstrate visible-content fidelity. Further cases change page context, handle a redundant decorative copy, describe a download link, flag unreadable numbers and keep compatibility claims out of the alt text.

How to use the kit

  1. Inspect the real source at a readable size or prepare a faithful visual inventory.
  2. Choose the image purpose using its actual placement, link function and nearby text.
  3. Draft concise alt text and add adjacent detail when the information is complex.
  4. Write an optional image brief that fixes product labels, values and proportions.
  5. Compare the result with the source and review it again on the final page.

Tools and access

A plain-text or Markdown reader, PDF reader and the real image at a readable size. A chat tool is optional. The workflow also works with a human-written visual inventory; image recognition is not supplied.

AI assistance is optional. Use the supplied prompts in your chosen compatible chat tool or follow the same task manually. Accounts, subscriptions and generation credits are separate. No paid automation or API is required.

What to review

This pack does not supply automatic image recognition, a screen-reader audit or accessibility certification. Do not infer invisible features, identities, feelings, performance or compatibility. Empty alt text is a context-specific choice for decorative or redundant images, not a default for all product screenshots. The review rubric supports editorial judgement; native skill import and external model benchmarking are not claimed.

Commercial use and support

You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed outputs for business or client work, including commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, prompts, templates or supplied examples as a competing pack. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt and check permissions for third-party content you add.

Support covers locating and understanding the supplied files and reporting file defects. It does not include custom work, third-party account administration, legal clearance or guaranteed commercial outcomes. No lifetime updates are promised. Contact waohhartz@gmail.com for help.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the alt-text pack?

The nine-file pack includes one portable Markdown module, 12 TXT prompts, eight image-description reference cases in JSON, a worked example with real source previews, an alt-text review rubric and manual setup instructions. Quickstart, licence, support notes and a CSV manifest are included.

Can I edit the module and use it without native installation?

Yes. Edit the Markdown instructions and TXT prompts in a text editor. Follow them manually or paste them with your image information into a compatible chat tool. Native skill installation is not required.

Does the kit automatically recognise my images?

No image-recognition service is supplied. Use the actual image at a readable size or provide a faithful human-written inventory of its visible content. Unreadable text or numbers should remain unknown rather than being guessed.

How does it handle decorative, linked or complex images?

It uses the image’s actual page context. Decorative or redundant images may need empty alt text; an image acting as a link needs an appropriate destination or action description. Complex tables or charts may need a short alt plus a complete nearby text equivalent.

Does using the rubric certify accessibility?

No. The rubric supports editorial review of purpose, visible facts, meaningful text and usefulness. Compare the final wording with the real image and its page context. It does not provide an accessibility certification or a full screen-reader audit.

How do I open the download?

Download the ZIP provided with your purchase and extract the folder before opening its files. Start with 00_START_HERE.pdf, then read the worked example before making your own working copy. This is a digital download; no physical item is supplied.

Can I use this for my business or client work?

Yes. You may use the toolkit to create your own original completed business or client work, including commercial work. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, templates, prompts or supplied examples. No PLR or MRR rights are included. Read LICENSE.txt for the supplied terms.

Where can I ask about a supplied file?

Email waohhartz@gmail.com for help locating or understanding the supplied files or reporting a file defect. Support does not include custom work or administration of third-party accounts. No specific response time or lifetime updates are promised.
