AI Prompt Pack Builder & Test Lab for Digital Sellers & Creators | Instant Download
Instant download after payment · Secure checkout · Files are yours forever
Build a specialised AI prompt product around a clear buyer task, with organised inputs, test cases and release checks. The WAOHHARTZ AI Prompt Pack Builder & Test Lab gives digital sellers and creators a practical structure for developing original prompt collections and documenting how they behave.
Start with the blank workbook, or learn from a completed five-prompt restaurant-menu proofreading example. Use the six-step workflow and 18 builder prompts to define the job, write reusable instructions, plan meaningful cases, record actual responses and revise before release.
What you receive
- Two editable XLSX workbooks: a blank project workbook and a completed teaching example, each with seven connected tabs.
- Four PDF guides, 24 pages in total: a 4-page Start Here guide, an 8-page AI Workflow, an 8-page Worked Example and a 4-page Google Sheets Setup guide.
- 18 builder prompts in a TXT file: prompts for audience definition, input design, case planning, response review, revision, delivery checks and release notes.
- Licence and support text files, plus a CSV manifest: a clear inventory of the ten files supplied in one ZIP.
Seven tabs to organise the work
Buyer Tasks connects an audience to a specific job and useful result. Prompt Library stores prompt text, IDs, versions, required inputs and output formats. Variables defines placeholders and what to do when information is missing. Test Cases records inputs and expected checks. Results records the actual response, tool, model, run date and your review. Revisions tracks corrections. Release brings coverage, unresolved revisions and owner decisions together.
The prepared areas support 200 data rows in each working tab and 200 release rows. Colour-coded input and calculated cells help you keep working records separate from formulas. The workbooks use spreadsheet formulas and dropdowns, with no macros or API connection.
A focused example you can follow
The completed workbook and worked-example guide show five menu-proofreading prompts covering spelling, price formatting, punctuation, approved names and explicitly authorised edits. Each prompt has two different input cases, giving you ten planned cases to examine. The examples show when to preserve supplied facts and when to ask a question rather than invent missing information.
The supplied responses are labelled illustrative. They teach the recording and review method; they are not observed model tests or benchmark results. The example starts with zero observed passes and stays at Run cases until you record and review your own runs.
How the workflow works
- Define one buyer task and a useful output.
- Write input fields, prompt rules and missing-input behaviour.
- Plan at least two required cases for each prompt version.
- Run the prompt manually in your chosen AI tool and review the actual response.
- Record failures, revise the prompt and retest the changed version.
- Check coverage, resolve revisions, approve and prepare your original product for delivery.
Repeat runs of one case do not create extra distinct case coverage. Illustrative entries do not count as observed passes. Current-version open revisions and missing owner approval keep the release check blocked. A Ready status reflects the recorded workflow checks; your judgement is still needed to assess accuracy and suitability.
Who it is for
Useful for prompt product creators, digital-download sellers and client workflow designers who want to organise a specialised collection. Bring your own audience knowledge and original content. The toolkit helps you build and review a product; it does not promise sales, automatic accuracy or a finished niche product without your work.
Access, tools and permitted use
This is a digital ZIP download containing XLSX, PDF, TXT and CSV files. You need a ZIP extractor, a PDF reader and an application that can open XLSX workbooks. A manual Google Sheets import guide is included; a hosted Google Sheets link is not supplied. Follow the guide's baseline and recalculation checks after importing your own copy.
Use your own compatible AI tool to run prompts. Tool access or subscriptions are not included. The toolkit does not execute models, grade responses automatically or connect to an API.
You may use and adapt the methods and workbooks to create your own original products and client tools for commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, reusable workbooks, builder prompts or supplied menu example. No PLR or MRR rights are included. See LICENSE.txt for full terms. Frequently asked questions
What is included in the Prompt Pack Builder and Test Lab?
The 10-file ZIP includes blank and completed XLSX workbooks, four PDF guides, 18 TXT builder prompts, licence and support notes, and a CSV manifest. Each workbook has seven tabs: Buyer Tasks, Prompt Library, Variables, Test Cases, Results, Revisions and Release.
Are the sample responses observed model tests?
No. The five-prompt menu-proofreading example includes ten planned cases with illustrative responses. These teach the review method and do not count as observed passes or benchmark results. Record your own actual runs, tool or model details, run dates and review decisions.
Does the workbook run prompts or grade responses automatically?
No. Run each prompt manually in your own compatible AI tool, then record the actual response and your review. The workbook organises records, coverage and release checks. It does not execute models, connect to an API or establish response accuracy automatically. Tool access and subscriptions are separate.
Can I use the workbooks in Google Sheets?
A Google Sheets import and verification guide is included. Use your own Google account if you choose that route, then follow the baseline and recalculation checks on a working copy. Verify formulas, dropdowns and totals after conversion. A hosted Google Sheets copy link is not supplied.
What keeps a prompt version from being marked ready?
The workflow calls for at least two required cases per prompt version. Repeated runs of the same case do not add distinct coverage, and illustrative entries do not count as observed passes. Incomplete case coverage, current-version open revisions or missing owner approval keep the release check blocked. Your judgement is still needed even when recorded checks are complete.
What does the menu-proofreading example demonstrate?
It covers spelling, price formatting, punctuation, approved names and explicitly authorised edits. Preserve supplied item IDs, prices, quantities and dietary labels. The example shows when to ask for missing facts instead of inventing ingredients, allergens or dietary suitability.
How do I open the download, and will a physical item arrive?
Download the ZIP supplied with your purchase, extract the folder and start with 00_START_HERE.pdf. Read the worked example before making a working copy. This is a digital file kit; no physical item is supplied.
Can I use the kit for my business or client work?
Yes. Use the supplied methods and files to create your own original completed products or client work under LICENSE.txt. Add your own substantive content and review. You may not redistribute or resell the raw toolkit, reusable templates, prompts or supplied examples. No PLR or MRR rights are included.
Where can I ask about a supplied file?
Email waohhartz@gmail.com with the product title, filename, page and a brief description of the issue. Include the app or browser you are using and a screenshot if helpful. Do not send passwords or confidential account information.
